Are California’s Water Conservation rules asking for too much?

In the face of California’s on-going drought and water shortage issues, state legislation advisors have advocated for easing outdoor conservation requirements and extending deadlines for urban, which call for reaching targets by 2025.

One of the main reasons cited for revising compliance was that the effects of the current legislation would ultimately be passed down to residents, who would likely bear the burden of increased rates from their agencies.
